Don't waste your money! You'd be better off having your neighbor throw a bucket of soapy water at your car as you drive by. And if you want it dried, drive underneath a flock of turkey buzzards so they can flap some wind. Paid for the top wash and car still had dirt I could easily wipe off with my finger. See photos for the two-step drying process. My car still had puddles of water all over it. SCAM!

Took my car through the automatic car wash last weekend and it was a horrible experience. The system seemed to malfunction from the beginning with a long delay before starting. Then it made a pass spraying the foam. So far all is OK. The second pass started and as it came down the drivers side of the car, the nozzles were pointed forward and the arm started banging into the side of my car. It felt like I was in some horror movie...doors closed at both ends so no way to get out, and this arm is going along the side of the car banging into the car. It gets to the back and then comes front dumping a lot of water, then the cycle ends! Now I have to get marks buffed out. Came back the next day with my wife's car but thought I'd just do the manual wash. What an incredibly frustrating experience. Tried using dollar bills, when that didn't work I tried getting quarters with my dollar bills and struggled with that as well. Finally got it to take a 5 and give me quarters. I'm finishing up and want to use the spot free rinse so turn the dial to that direction and nothing comes out. Tried multiple times and still nothing. I won't be going back there again.

I used the touchless drive thru car wash. I paid for the premium wash. As soon as I parked by the vaccum, I could tell my car was STILL DIRTY. When I ran my hand across I noticed black dirt still on my hands. I wash my car regularly so I know it shouldn’t be this dirty after a wash. (See photos/video) Also, the yellow vacuum towards the exit ATE MY QUARTERS and didn’t turn on. Luckily, there was a nice employee who helped me. He told me that the older yellow VACUUMS have been burglarized and have NOT been WORKING properly. Don’t recommend using the drive thru wash here unless you want to waste money. Doing it by hand is better and could be cheaper.

This was absolutely the best car wash i've ever ever been to. I go to a lot of different car Washes but this was def #1 EVER. there were things that this one had and others did not . I noticed that a cables from the high psi sprayer was literally walking with you no having to stop and talk or walk out around car didnt even slap an hit your vehicle at all.... The brush is designed so whatever position it is it won't your vehicle they also had specific brush just for your Wheels Which is really nice. The bays were very big and spacious and the Water did not smell like sewage like all the other car wash places. Prices were great and they don't over charge. It actually shuts off At a time . I'm def recommending this highland to everyone i know . Thank you for making a great car wash. Its noticed.

I’ve used many touch-less washes and they just rinse your car off and leave water spots but this one was the best car wash I’ve ever encountered. I’m not even from Lancaster I just go to school here and I would definitely continue my business . I give this car wash 5 stars
